Tony Moorcroft
Tony commenced his career in Financial Services, taking on many roles including several leadership positions, before moving into training and development where he connected with his real passion of helping people to achieve their potential.
Tony takes his own development as seriously as he does the development of people he supports. He is an accredited and vastly experienced facilitator and coach, an advanced and engaging trainer as well as an associate trainer of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a Master NLP Practitioner and qualified Hypnotherapist.
Tony is also qualified in the practice of many psychometric tools and has experience of using these with individuals, teams and Executive teams.
Tony's particular areas of expertise are around leadership training, sales, team development, influence and communication skills. His style is supportive, sometimes challenging but always fun.
Tony believes we cannot not develop.
Liam Barrett
Liam has a proven track record of success in positions of leadership and personal development throughout his career in academia, sports and the corporate environment. He started his career in professional sports as a player and coach, and transitioned into academia upon obtaining a first class honors business degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Liam was voted the Academic All-American of the Year in 2011 and 2012 - the highest nationally recognised academic honor in America.
Liam is a qualified NLP Practitioner and certified to deliver multiple psychometric tools. He has developed many bespoke leadership programs for high performing professional organisations across various industries in the UK and the US, including international healthcare research and elite level sports.
Liam's particular areas of expertise are communication skills, leadership, team development and personal branding in both a corporate and sports environment. His style is engaging, supportive and personable.
Liam and Tony have collaborated on a number of leadership programmes, and share common values in relation to personal development.
Oli Riches
Oli is a highly talented and creative graphic designer, with a great reputation for designing brand identities, web design, illustration and packaging design for an international range of clients.
Oli produced official artwork for Pixar’s “Inside Out”, helped to create the “Visit Oslo’ brand identity, was part of the official “Avengers 2” art show in Los Angeles and has created children’s bank card designs for one of Norway’s largest banks.
Oli has been instrumental in developing and designing the Coast Consulting brand, including designing this website. He produces amazing support and marketing materials for us including training materials and the now famous annual Coast Calendar. He is an inspirational illustrator and has a great knack for bringing our ideas into beautiful visual action.
Oli and Tony are currently working on a number of publications together.
Sammy the Seagull
Sammy The Seagull is a doodle friend of Coast Consulting and represents the heritage of Coast. He takes a birds-eye view of all situations so can often take a perspective others can't.
He has the ability to take in all options and judge the right one. He can instantly switch from a high-level strategic view and swoop right down into the detail, with ease, a feat that few possess.
He never misses a trick so make sure he's not around when you're eating chips.
